Jon Harris, bar manager at Firefly, is no stranger to Tanqueray. So when we asked him to craft one of his favorite Tanqueray cocktails, he was ready with one right off the bat; the 20th Century, a simple and underused cocktail that works perfectly with the gin. Essentially a gin and sour with creme de cacao, it’s a bright and citrusy number with a smooth kick of chocolate at the end.

“It’s a drink you don’t see too often so it’s fun to do,” he tells me. “It’s a fun little mix.”
