We’re very excited to be premiering the video for JRM’s “America” today; a protest song written at 5AM, it’s a powerful and timely commentary on rampant inequality and injustice.
The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter told us:
“I wrote this song 3 years ago with one of my good friends. It’s basically my take on how it feels growing up in America as a Black Man. This video captures a lot of the ideas and thoughts going through my head while writing the lyrics. This particular visual, complements the very essence of America and the song.”
