Sun! Vacations! Pools! These are the thoughts that crawl into your brain once summer rolls around but don’t forget ADVENTURE! And what better adventure to have than a great one. And what better place to find a great adventure than Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey (the Maryland location is hot melting garbage, would not suggest). My lifetime amusement park companion is my mother. If someone made a sad documentary about us it would be called Busch Grey Gardens. Every year we get season passes to Six Flags Great Adventure. Last year we took my mom’s friend’s 9 year-old daughter to the park for the first time as she was FINALLY tall enough to ride all the good rides. You can read about our trip here! There are videos but I might have changed the privacy on them since the Internet is disgusting and people are monsters. That being said, below is the best coaster at the park. At 128 mph the Kingda Ka takes all the prisoners. The line is long but worth the wait (unless you’re us because we get Flash Passes so we can gloat at everyone else in line who did not get them). So, get thee to the amusement park. Beat a child at that water gun game because they have to learn how to lose at some point. Eat funnel cakes! Sleep on the ride home while your mother drives.
