Join us and self described “borderline plant hoarder” and good friend of BYT Wes Della Volla as he walks us through proper quarantine plant care and answers your plant questions! This is reminding us to go rescue the office plants.
10am – BYTLive: Work It Out with Tim Williams of Equinox and Orange Theory Fitness

5:00pm – BYTLive: Going Herbal with Where the Good Grows
Join Erin Antosh (@erinkantosh), Clinical Herbalist and owner of Where The Good Grows (@wherethegoodgrows), will teach you about the surprising therapeutic properties of some common kitchen ingredients. Additionally, you will learn how to forage for medicinal plants that are sure to be growing in your yard and local forest areas (even in the middle of the city!).
Erin will demonstrate how to make a nutrition-packed pesto with foraged local plants (the best way to top a roasted sweet potato!) and show you how to make an Apple Cider Vinegar that has been infused with therapeutic plants (it makes a great mocktail!).
