Women’s Bicycle Maintenance Essentials Class
The key to having a great summer of safe and happy biking is knowing how to take care of your bike. This fundamentals class is the perfect place to ask questions and learn about basic bike repairs and upkeep. Ride safely!
Wind down your work week with some relaxing yoga in the All Hallows Amphitheater on the grounds of the National Cathedral. All Hallows Guild Members can pick up a ticket for $10 and non-members can grab tickets for $18. Arrive 15 minutes early to register, and don’t forget to bring your mat!

If thinking about doing yoga on a paddle board freaks you out a little, don’t worry- beginners are welcome! The class will consist of skill building and getting comfortable.
