More odd places to do yoga, more reasons to visit breweries and more collaborations between food and exercise. In 2017 it’s perfectly acceptable to pair booze with yoga pants.

Glen’s has great local beer and even better prices. Meet at Glen’s in Dupont between 6:45 p.m. and 7 p.m., bike through Rock Creek Park for an hour and head back to Glen’s to drink beer with your new friends.
Is it mandatory for breweries to also offer yoga classes? We’re not complaining, it just seems that every places that loves hops loves stretchy pants. It’s a brilliant marketing tactic. Breweries are big. They allow for many, many people to do stretches on mats while wearing stretchy pants. Related, stretchy pants means you can drink more.
Another brewery, another chance to work up a sweat. Head to Falls Road Running Store in Baltimore for this one. If you’re looking for new running shoes, this might be what you’re looking for. I’m assuming you’re also looking for more craft beer.
Each week Farragut Park sets up tables and wi-fi for workers. From noon to 2 p.m. they have lunchtime activities. While working outside, in public, on a computer doesn’t sound fun, getting out of the office for an hour and playing games sounds not horrible.
You’re going to visit a farmer’s market anyway, you might as well visit one that is offering free fitness classes. This week’s edition is kickboxing, strength and cardio.
A different place to do yoga! If you really like to stretch in different places, this sure is a different place!
Go forth into nature!
