It’s November, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to hunker down inside for the rest of the year, there are still plenty of ways to get some quality time in outside. Some even involve running.

DIY Deviled Egg Mall Tour
Today is both All Saints Day and National Deviled Egg Day. Coincidence? I think not. Since it’s unseasonably warm today, why not whip up some deviled eggs and take them on a self guided tour of the National Mall.
Learn to Run with Nike Run Club Georgetown’s event for beginners. If you get really good, really fast, maybe you’ll be ready to run the race on Saturday.
Walk and eat your way around historic Old Town Alexandria from 1 to 4 p.m. and learn the history of the town while stopping for sustenance at various longstanding, family owned restaurants.
Running is (probably) better if there are treats at the end, and the Hot Cider Hustle offers caramel apples, hot cider and a commemorative mug for everyone who finishes the race. I would go just for the caramel apples; they’re surprisingly hard to find in this city.
Dupont Circle Freshfarm Market
Get your veggie fix straight from the source and get some fresh air while you’re at it. The market is open from 8:30 to 1:30 and was voted the best Farmer’s market in DC this year.
