Hello, and welcome to the SIXTH edition of THE DUDE SUBSCRIBES!, which is a weekly shout-out to YouTube channels we think you should follow and why, or a “BIG LOWDOWNSKI”, if you will. (I will.)
WHO: Arya Stark Maisie Williams (Twitter: @maisie_williams, Instagram: @maisie_williams)
WHAT: Only what looks to be the beginnings of one of the greatest YouTube channels OF ALL TIME! The channel was just established a few days ago, and at this point Maisie’s acquired in the neighborhood of a hundred and fifty thousand subscribers, one of which is me, and another of which COULD SOON BE YOU! So far she’s only uploaded one video (I repeat: BRAND NEW CHANNEL ALERT), and she’s said that she doesn’t plan to post SUPER regularly, but she’s planning to make new videos whenever the mood strikes to work out a sketch or something of the sort that she thinks is funny. (All good vibes comin’ your way in the future, basically.)
WHY: I mean, I think this one speaks for itself, though I would like to briefly reference how strong Maisie’s Vine game was (do people still use Vine, PS?), which I am absolutely certain will translate nicely in YouTube terms. I also feel like you’re going to want to look back and say, “I WAS THERE AT THE VERY START OF IT ALL!” as one of the first subscribers, so go ahead and hit that goddamn button or live in INFINITE REGRET! (MAYBE!)
