Made with vanilla vodka, house made cherry syrup, and Chandon sparkling rose, and garnished with sweet maraschino cherries, it is surprisingly strong for how easy it goes down. I could pretty much drink this bubbly beverage all day long.

The Cherry Blossom French Toast S’mores is made with two pieces of brioche dunked in French toast batter, grilled, then stuffed with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbles. During the cherry blossom season the s’mores will be topped with a sweet cherry compote. It’s so good. So so good. I cannot say that emphatically enough.
