Only a few of Ashok Bajaj’s restaurants offer a bottomless mimosa brunch, so of course we at BYT consider it our duty to go and sample the food and drinks at the ones that do. Recently, we went to nopa Kitchen + Bar, where you can enjoy 2 courses with unlimited mimosas or sparkling wine for $32.

Food options range from more lunchy (soups and salads) to very brunchy (eggs benedict). Highlight include a seasonal soup, which currently is a dense, creamy, velvety parsnip soup, quinoa risotto with pesto, hearty challah French toast with heady bourbon whipped cream, and a fresh Southwestern-inspired frittata made with peppers, sprinkled with queso fresco, and topped with a silky avocado cream. Your two courses can be an appetizer and a main course, or a main course and dessert, and based on the tempting desserts available you may want to take the sweeter route. Apple cider donuts are irresistible, and the lime bar is a tart, citrusy treat, accompanied by a gorgeous pear sorbet and butter cookie.

If bottomless mimosas and sparkling wine are not your thing (is that even possible?) there are a variety of fabulous cocktails, including a fantastic French 75 with gin, sparkling wine, and lime. Either way, booze is the name of the game. If you need to sober up at the end, their French press coffee is the perfect solution.
