I haven’t always thought of Sunday as the night I want to hit the town. Then I heard about the introduction of several new Sunday supper menus around town. As it turns out, Sunday is the night I need to be heading to some of the best restaurants in the city. Here is a list of some of the best Sunday Supper deals you should take advantage of to start your week.
Best Sunday Supper If You’re Fancy
Fiola: As one of the city’s most expensive restaurant, Fiola may not be somewhere you frequent very often. The Sunday Family Table Menu may give you an opportunity to visit without going broke. For $95 you get a three course menu that includes dishes like a seasonal green salad, ricotta ravioli, and Fiola’s famous tiramisu. The price tag also includes a bottle of wine.

Casa Luca: Fiola is not the only place Fabio Trabocchio offers a special Sunday menu. At Casa Luca, indulge in a three course dinner menu that features a decadent burrata Caesar salad, pasta, warm house made bread, and dessert like ricotta donuts. Service is impeccable and the dining room is serene, ideal for a cozy date.
Best Sunday Supper For VegetariansÂ
Equinox Restaurant: This is one of my favorite upscale dining venues. Chef Gray’s Sunday Supper deal is so reasonable you’re going to want to go every Sunday. It’s $45 for four courses, with an optional $20 wine pairing. Your meal kicks off with irresistible, fragrant rosemary gougeres. Next, you will choose three courses from a menu that changes every season to focus on a different country. Not only does it change every season, but each month during that season the menu will focus on a different region of that country. During the fall, Chef Gray focused on Italy and offered dishes like a mushroom Bolognese pasta. Last winter, the theme was France, and dishes served included lentil bisque, gnocchi, and dessert. As one of the most vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurant’s in town, Chef Gray’s Sunday Supper meal will always include a plant-based option for each course.
Best Sunday Supper for Groups
G by Mike Isabella: On Sunday nights only G offers a delicious Sunday supper menu, that features three hearty courses for $40. First, you will be served a platter piled high with items like burrata with a citrus sauce, seasonal grilled veggies, bread, and more to share will your friends. Then, you get to choose a pasta dish like hand-cut pasta with a bright cherry tomato sauce or pasta swirled in a cheese and black pepper sauce. On the side, enjoy buttery garlic bread and broccolini served family-style. Then, the sweets. Tiramisu, gelato, chocolate mousse, you name it. Wine pairings are optional. Great for groups because its casual, and much of the food is served family-style.

The Majestic: For $39 enjoy the restaurant’s Sunday Supper Special: park house rolls, a fresh seasonal salad, a main course, and peanut butter ice box pie.

Graffiato: For another Mike Isabella Sunday dinner special, head to Graffiato. This restaurant’s Sunday deal is crazy awesome: all of Graffiato’s pizzas and pastas are $10! That includes smoked mushroom ravioli, spaghetti doused in tomato sauce, artichoke and garlic pizza, and black truffle pizza. At that price, I would get pizza and pasta.
