Thursday, March 12th: DC Style Factory Skirt Style Workshop. The event takes place at Betsy Fisher on Connecticut Ave. Get yourself styled by the pros, plus enjoy drinks and food and go home with an awesome goodie bag! Betsy Garcete, designer for Zophia, will be onsite to offer tips and take measurements for a skirt styling experience like no other.

Thursday, March 19th: Kick off African Fashion Week DC with a networking & cocktail happy hour at Kabin Lounge from 6-11pm


Ongoing: Art and fashion together at the Strathmore’s new exhibit If The Shoe Fits. Learn about and see shoes from throughout history. I mean, what more could you ask for? Oh, a shoe painting workshop?! Well you’re in luck because they’ve got that, too. Through May 31st.


Get ready to glow like a Parisian. Caudalie Boutique and Spa will open at CityCenter in late March, and they specialize in vinotherapie. Which is pretty much what it sounds like. Featuring services like the “Fresh crushed Cabernet scrub,” and “Vinoperfect Radiance facial,” the French skincare specialists will treat you to the all the wonderful antioxidants of grapes and grapevine.  Exclusive boutique items will also be for sale in the retail section of the boutique.
