Brooklyn Brewery brought MASH to the DC area last week. The six-day event highlighted what any beer drinker already knows: Brooklyn Brewery makes good beer.
Two of the highlights of MASH were the dinners with Brooklyn Brewery House Chef, Andrew Gerson, and collaborators. The first event was with matchbox Food Group’s Shannan Troncoso and the second was with Ethiopian chef Hiyaw Gebreyohannes. Each dinner featured Gerson working with a new staff in a foreign kitchen with locally sourced ingredients.
In addition to the quality cuisine, each course at each meal was paired with a serving of Brooklyn Brewery beer, including some hard-to-find selections like the Sorachi Ace.
