Since that sick Re-Ball exhibition, we haven’t heard a lot from our friends at the Dupont Underground, but that changed this past weekend when the Commission on Fashion Arts & Events and the National Cherry Blossom Festival came together to host Underneath It All. A celebration of local designers and D.C.’s eclectic beauty and fashion scene, the event featured a variety of styles, from menswear to plus size to swim. Let’s be honest though, we’ll take any excuse to hang out underneath the city.
