Nels Cline is known for his role as lead guitar noise maker in Wilco. Long before he joined the Chicago group he was well known in avant garde jazz circles. The Nels Cline Singers predate Wilco and they’re still going strong. The Library of Congress brought the trio to D.C. for a free, sold-out show at the Atlas.
