This year’s judges included Dr. Dorothy Kosinski, Executive Director, The Phillips Collection, Septime Webre, Artistic Director, The Washington Ballet and C. Brian Williams, Executive Director, Step Afrika who judged the teams on creativity and effort (actual synchronized swimming skills are not required)

The contestants this year included underwater snake charmers, oil slicks, hair metal lovers and more.
