Yesterday it rained on the Lunar New Year Parade in Manhattan’s Chinatown, but that didn’t deter an army of wide-eyed spectators from coming out to scope all the action. (It is my absolute favorite day in NYC, so there was no way I was going to skip out due to a little precipitation.) There were plenty of dragons, lots of dancing, and tons of tomfoolery in the way of confetti poppers and silly string. If you missed it, don’t worry! I managed to get a couple of snaps for a visual recap. Definitely not as good as watching it unfold IRL, but beggars can’t be choosers amirite?! Be sure to mark your calendars next time, but for now, ENJOY:
