The postponed H Street Festival finally happened! On a bright and chilly Saturday a bunch of people gathered to sing and dance as they walked down one of D.C.’s most culturally significant streets. What began as a block party over 12 years ago is now a full-fledged 11 block march peppered with musical performances, professional dancers, food trucks, vendors and more. It’s one of the best neighborhood festivals in D.C. and if it doesn’t make you fall a little more in love with your city, you might be broken inside.
