Lets be honest; there’s almost nothing cooler than witchy doom rock with the exception of, perhaps, witchy doom rock named after a metal-as-f*ck fairy tale. Enter British three piece Esben and the Witch, who brought their indie macabre to DC9 on Monday night alongside experimental stoner rockers Heliotropes. We had to check ’em out because, like moths drawn to a flame, we can’t resist some sonic darkness. Check out our great pics of a great show:
