For the 5th year in a row (and the 2nd time around @ Long View) DCist EXPOSED Photo Show opened to insane amounts of both general public and photographers angling for a look at their selections. This time around though, the opening was split over 2 nights and while 1200 people came, they “hopefully had an easier, no-waiting-in-line, more breathable time doing so by splitting it up over two nights.”
The exhibit remains up until Sunday, March 27. Stop by Long View Gallery anytime during their normal business hours (Wednesday though Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, 12 to 5 p.m.) to see all the photos free of charge. You can purchase any of the photos at the gallery or by contacting dcistexposed at gmail.com before the end of the show.
You can still get a copy of the DCist Exposed 5th Anniversary Edition magazine for $25 by stopping by the gallery, or you can buy one online at MagCloud. The magazine was made possible by the generosity of Ten Miles Square, Swim Bike Run Photography, DSLR Workshops, and James Calder Photography and a host of other donors, as well as the design work of Johanna Ostrich.
