The DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, SpeakeasyDC and Atlas Performing Arts Center teamed up to present Crank & Groove: A Go-Go Love Story at the Atlas. Stories were told, music was made and dance happened. The seated, theater show quickly turned into an on-your-feet event. Nina Mercer, Kato Hammond, Natalie Hopkinson, Patrick Washington, Mothersheister, Christylez Bacon and Be’la Dona shared the stage. Scroll through the post for the shots from an energetic evening.
