Photos By Maya Moore

National Geographic hosted their adorably named Bugs, Bats, and Brews this weekend in an effort to celebrate biodiversity. People got boozy, listened to talks by Nat Geo photographer and explorer Anand Varma and TED Fellow / Urban Scientist Danielle N. Lee (read our interview with her here), and then crawled around on the ground looking for bugs. There are no bugs in the photos below, but there is a bat. Bats are the best.
