Wowee, I’m off to Spain in like…very soon! Meaning I will not be with you in body this weekend, but certainly in spirit, if only because I plan to watch the shit out of Phoebe Waller-Bridge hosting SNL on Saturday once the episode DVR’s to my YouTube TV account! (Yes, Phoebe Waller-Bridge is our GIF theme! This also feels like an appropriate time to plug Aisling Bea’s This Way Up, which is on Hulu and keeps getting compared to Fleabag! I understand the comparison but I think it is also a separate and very good beast that you should watch if you haven’t already!) Before we talk about ALL your options (which include New York Comic Con, the NY Times Food Festival, the Bushwick Film Festival, Witch School yes WITCH SCHOOL and more), let’s talk about some rad stuff you might’ve missed on BYT this week if you were too busy watching that GIF of the Finnish president being like “NO TOUCHING”:
- October’s gonna rule! Here’s why!
- I talked to Eau Claire about all of the things!
- Thinking about seeing Judy in theaters? Read this first!
