WHY HAS THIS WEEK BEEN AN ETERNITY. I’m v. amped that it’s almost the weekend, partly because of the aforementioned dragging feeling, but mostly because the programming is SO GOOD. Imagine This Women’s International Film Festival is happening at the Wythe Hotel, a new Kusama exhibition is opening at David Zwirner, Elsewhere (Glasslands 2.0) is having its opening weekend with lots of good shows, there’s a goddamn Shania Twain edition of Party Like It’s 1999 (our GIF theme)…the list goes on and on. Before we dive into all of that, here’s what you may have missed on BYT this week:
