CULTURE: Should you have $250 to spare, I’ll go ahead and recommend getting to MoMA’s Party in the Garden tonight! (Maggie Rogers is headlining, which is a major added bonus.)
FILM: Kicking and Screening, a soccer film festival, begins tonight! Tickets are $20-$50 each. OR if you’d prefer some Pride month vibes, then get to Cinepolis for Queer Shorts with Vimeo and NewFest! Tickets to that are $10-$14.
FOOD + DRINK: It’s the second and final night of The Pearl Diver’s Revenge, a four-course dinner and performance by mouthfeel (Sean D. Henry-Smith and Imani Elizabeth Jackson) at Bar Laika tonight, so if you have yet to grab a $40 ticket, DO IT.
FREE: The one and only Patti LaBelle is going to be at Prospect Park Bandshell tonight for a FREE PERFORMANCE! This is the kickoff event to BRIC’s 2019 Celebrate Brooklyn series // HELL YEAH!

FILM: Keep it queer over at Nitehawk Prospect Park, where they’ll be doing a One Nite Only screening of High Art!
FOOD + DRINK: Henry Voigt will be presenting his collection of historical restaurant menus and speaking about why they’re so important over at the Anthroposophical Society of America! A tasting of dishes from recently discovered menus will follow the presentation.
MUSIC: Bikini Kill will be at Kings Theatre again tonight, though this time tickets are $45+. (WORTH IT!) If that ain’t your jam, though, you can also catch Sophie Auster and Elizabeth and the Catapult at City Winery for $15!
