CULTURE: What’s more cultural than a voguing dance-off? House of Yes is hosting a new round of House of Vogue, and tickets will run you $10 each.

FILM: Head to 92Y for NPR’s presentation of Audie Cornish and Viola Davis in conversation about their projects and process! Tickets are $50 each.

FOOD + DRINK: Head to Caveat for How To Convince Your Family You’re A Wine Expert, just in time for the holidays! Course includes a wine tasting menu, and tickets are $35-$40 each!

FREE: The NYPL will host Irregular Order: How Congress Really Works tonight for free! Lineup includes Wyatt Cenac, Paul Kane and more, and seats are first come first served, so get there early!

CULTURE: Most DEFINITELY make a beeline for Beacon Theatre, where Neil deGrasse Tyson will be joined by Eugene Mirman for StarTalk Live! Tickets are $37+ each.

FILM: It’s the last night to catch $7 screenings of Blaze and Matanga/Maya/M.I.A. at Syndicated, so if you haven’t seen ’em yet, you better make moves!

FOOD + DRINK: MOFAD is hosting Cooking as Inheritance: Beyond Soul Food in the African Diaspora, a discussion between Carla Hall and Pierre Thiam ft. bonus tasting of okra stews! Tickets are $40 each.

FREE: Heineken is putting on a free DJ set by Chrome Sparks at The Box, and I would highly suggest RSVPing, not just for the dance vibes, but for the possibility of free beer. (Which I think is v. probable.)
