(the tasty minds behind Guajillo and Casa Oaxaca) have partnered with the Washington Post Express to launch a public naming contest for the new restaurant and bar which will formally open on April 1. Submit your entry through Expressnightout.com/contests from February 8 to 18. Click here for complete contest rules.
