ATTACK THE BLOCK, the little British sci-fi action movie that could is getting a lot of buzz right now as “the summer alien movie that actually is funny and smart” (unlike some others). And no wonder since it is brought to us by the producers of “Shaun of the Dead” and “Hot Fuzz” and features a group of kids that could easily be BYT interns if BYT was a gang (which, lets face the facts here, it kind of is) fighting creepy beasts from outer space. Everything about that spells out a good time to me.

The movie opens next Friday, but we do have a pile of tickets for the August 17th at 7:30pm at Regal Gallery. If you want them, this is how to get them:


The code is programmed to allow you to download up to two admit-one passes from the www.Gofobo.com website.  We have allotted 100 admit-one passes for your code.

Below are instructions:

  • 1.      If you haven’t already, they need to register on Gofobo.com in order to download your passes.
  • 2.      Utilizing your Gofobo Code (see above), you can then download your screening pass from the website.
