November 21st

Bleachers @ Brooklyn Steel

Bleachers will be at Brooklyn Steel for a show tonight (no DC gigs lined up until April so far, womp womp), so if you have a spare $36, you should most definitely grab a ticket! BUT you should also keep in mind that you can get a 432-piece Bleachers jigsaw puzzle for $20 online, because when the hell is the last time you saw a cool one?! Jigsaws are highly underrated winter past times, IMO. (This is me trying to make jigsaw puzzles great again.)

November 22nd

Kitty Cash @ Brooklyn Steel

Kitty Cash will be at BK Steel in support of headliner Jhene Aiko, and it’s gonna be a REAL GOOD SHOW! But if you’re in the market for a new jacket, this $125 one from the online store is quite possibly a worthwhile investment, ’cause it looks p. tight:

November 24th

Dua Lipa @ Hammerstein Ballroom

The price of hitting up Dua Lipa’s Hammerstein Ballroom show is, as of this writing, $103+, which makes me feel v. appreciative of the time I saw her at the McKittrick Hotel for free in 2016. (I haven’t checked tickets for her Chicago show on Sunday or her Silver Spring show on Tuesday the 28th, but I’d imagine similar price points.) That’s not to say you shouldn’t go to a gig, ’cause where there’s a will there’s a way! Regardless, you should 100% set aside $65 to grab one of these rad silk robes, which come in both pink and blue and (I personally think) are totally unisex:

November 25th

Rad Horror @ Elsewhere

Rad Horror will open for Kitten and Sizzy Rocket at BK’s brand new Elsewhere space, and the $15 show promises to be a good one. For even less than the cost of a ticket, though, you can grab one of these v. necessary SAD GIRL // SAD BOY dad hats online @ just $12.50 a pop:
