She’s Big Freedia, the queen diva. Considered the “Queen” of New Orleans Bounce Music, Big Freedia makes your ass move. Freedia is probably best known for introducing twerking to the world. Yes, long before Miley twerked on stage – and suburban teenagers were twerking in their bedrooms – Freedia was helping to popularize the dance with her bounce shows (although Big Freedia identifies as a man, he uses feminine pronouns because b*tch can do what she wants. She runs the town).
Featured on FuseTV’s Freedia: Queen of Bounce, Big Freedia has gained international recognition. Her stage shows are legendary, often featuring twerking back-up dancers. It’s one reason why RuPaul came calling for a duet on Peanut Butter.

We’re pretty sure that Donna Summer wrote “Bad Girls” about Willam. If you watched her on RuPaul’s Drag Race, you know what we mean. The only contestant to be kicked off the show; that didn’t bother Willam at all. Instead, she rode that rocketship to motherf&$king international stardom. In fact, her single “Boy Is a Bottom” with Detox and Vicki Vox became the biggest drag single in recent history…and the official national anthem of gay D.C.
Willam is perfect for our space-themed party as her dad worked at NASA, and her music will get you to move Uranus.
When we tell friends that Willam is coming to Blast Off! they always scream with delight. Who can blame them?
