It’s usually around 3:00pm when my mind it saying “chocolate, chocolate, chocolate” uncontrollably. Oh, you too? I thought so. For that, there is a tasty answer in the form of a food truck: Sweetbites. Owned by Sandra, an EPA policy analyst turned baking beauty extraordinaire. Sweetbites offers everykind of sugary, delicious treat that will have you making semi-inappropriate ‘mmmmm’ sounds all over your office.

If you think a daily offering of ELEVEN house cupcakes with flavors like Double Madagascar Vanilla, Cookies n’ Cream, Triple European Chocolate, Carrot Cake and Salty Caramel isn’t enough, Sweetbites also bakes up a seasonal item (Pumpkin Spice is happening NOW!) and a flavor of the week. I think that deserves a cupcake BAM!, don’t you agree? Cupcakes not your thing? Sweetbites offers Lemon Kiss Bars, Chocolate Banana Bread, and Dark Chocolate Brownies to name a few lick your lips amazing alternatives. Naturally, everything is homemade with the best ingredients, the cream is fresh and the chocolate is imported. Sandra prides herself on being a baking perfectionist and she is correct. The cupcakes are perfection; sweet, rich, creamy frosting, heaven. Sweetbites also brews fresh coffee to wash down the delectable little cupcake darlings that you will be craving more of the second they’re gone.

When I asked Sandra what her favorite cupcake was she replied “That’s like picking your favorite child.” Translation: They are all super fab delish so try them all. See all of their flavors here. Tweet them! @Sweetbitestruck
