Holiday Meal-Liquid Diet

Welcome to holiday party season. And, if anyone knows how much it can weigh you down-trust us, we do. In fact-during one of our event brainstorming sessions, someone actually said: Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could JUST DRINK UP your whole holiday meal instead of digesting it all? A few phone calls (to our friends at Jack Rose and Diageo) later, a BYT Holiday Party idea was born.

This Sunday, December 9th, 4-8pm, we are hosting “HOLIDAY MEAL: LIQUID DIET” from 4-8pm at Jack Rose saloon. It will involve 6 courses of handcrafted cocktails by their talented cocktail team, each inspired by a course at a traditional holiday dinner (yes, there WAS turkey fat washing of bourbon in case you were curious): the sweet potato course is there (with marshmallow garnish), the cranberry course, the plum pudding course, the turkey course, the eggnog course (shut up, it totally IS a course)….

The courses will be available as a tasting menu of mini cocktails OR as full individual drinks, and we would LOVE to see you there (just make sure you RSVP-the entry is free/the cocktails are delicious/we just need to know how many people to expect). As mental prep, we spent last Friday afternoon at Jack Rose, taste tasting the cocktails and getting the recipes in order for you (in case you decide to try some of this at home, at some point)
