“Talking to Our Time” is the Hirshhorn’s new summer program ft. free online public artist talks; the series will feature weekly chats with globally renowned artists from now until September 2nd. (Every Wednesday, mark your calendars!)
Led by Hirshhorn curators, the discussions will include appearances from a diverse group of artists and collectives—including Doug Aitken, AA Bronson, Paul Chan, Maren Hassinger, Alfredo Jaar, Monument Lab (Paul Farber and Ken Lum), Senga Nengudi, Aliza Nisenbaum and Adrian Stimson.
The series is part of #HirshhornInsideOut, an ongoing effort to share the Hirshhorn’s artworks, expertise and public programming while the museum’s campus is temporarily closed. Be sure to tune in! (And note that while free to virtually attend, registration is required!)
