Three of our favorite DC arts pro’s have teamed up to bring you THE dance event of the season! Washington Performing Arts, Shakespeare Theatre Company and the D.C. Commission on the Arts and Humanities have come together to bring you VelicityDC Dance Festival this weekend!
The VelocityDC Dance Festival features the city’s best-known ensembles, undiscovered gems, and everyone in between! It has become one of the highlights of Washington’s dance season, returning for its ninth season with a broad range of styles ranging from ballet to flamenco, tap to hip hop. Tickets are currently on sale but we know D.C. loves to dance its ass off so we have a free pair of tickets for you for the performance of your choice!
