Go for that courtyard, stay for the party celebrating Trevor Paglen’s new exhibit: Sites Unseen.
This exhibit blurs the lines between art, science, and investigative journalism to construct unfamiliar and at times unsettling ways to see and interpret the world around us. In Paglen’s photographs the infrastructure of surveillance is apparent—a classified military installation, a spy satellite, a tapped communications cable, a drone, an artificial intelligence (AI).
Because we know you’re an Unseenster (totally radical) we want to give you a free pair of tickets to our TOO COOL FOR SCHOOL after hours party where you can hang out with the exhibit, eat, drink and be merry to a Yeasayer DJ set. MORE WILL BE ANNOUNCED. To win tickets to this HIP BUT NOT BAD HIP jammy jam simply tell us about your favorite artificial intelligence. Mine is of course Johnny 5 from Short Circuit. HE’S ALIVE MAN. Best answer wins. Good luck!
