It is blowing my mind that it’s already December 16th (as of this writing); I don’t feel even a little bit festive this year, and I imagine it’s the same for a lot of folks due to what a crazy tough year it’s been. FORTUNATELY there are some events (both IRL and at-home-friendly) happening in the DMV (and on the internet) that could serve to put a bit of pep in our step the next week or two, so let’s get into a few of the best right now:

Get some last-minute shopping done at Downtown Holiday Market!

If you’re still in need of some gifts but don’t want to take a gamble on the postal service, shopping IRL is your best bet. Downtown Holiday Market is a great option this year since it’s totally outdoors, plus there are tons of fantastic small and local businesses to support.
