It’s the Funny Human of the Week column, which means it’s time to take another deep dive into the work of an up-and-coming comedy person, spending some time appreciating the work they’ve done thus far, while thinking about where they’re headed. This week, we’re going to get to know TWO people for the price of one (free), the comedy writing duo of Brendan O’Hare and Cory Snearowski. Brendan and Cory are both fairly well-known online for being extremely funny, and just recently launched a new podcast produced by Tim & Eric’s Abso Lutely Productions, Welcome to Branchburg!
Brendan and Cory first caught the eye of many folks online by posting subtly absurd videos like this one, they’re a delight.
Here’s another favorite, the incredible, uplifting short called I Bought A Whole Field Of Corn.
Our two friends are two of the funniest people on Twitter, I swear. Here’s a light sampling of recent posts from both Cory and Brendan to show you what I mean:
Hey guys? Can you put the phones down for a second, we want to talk to you. Your mother and I love you very, very much. We are getting a divorce. Your mo-Chris, let me finish. Your mother thinks I smell like shit

Joe Biden is running, I hear the news from my neighbors who share a wall with me. I’ve been laying in my bathtub for the past week, getting into the mindset of a dolphin. But I drain the tub, and get to work. My country needs me..

In an incredible turn of events, my barbershop has moved right next door to where I buy groceries. Now I can finally ask the question every person getting a haircut dreams of asking: "May I eat my new groceries while you cut my hair"

Face masks? Keep them. A glass of wine? Whatever. I have my own form of self care, running up and down the rush-hour subway car with my legs straight as possible, happily screaming, as a toddler does

On our way out, let’s take in one last clip that may have partly inspired the Welcome to Branchburg podcast, a short film familiarly titled Branchburg!
