Bentzen Ball season approaches, you guys. Lineup announcements have started rolling out for our annual comedy/friendship festival and among the many excellent comedy people coming to perform for you this year is Jamie Lee, a standup comic, author, and actor you may have seen on Crashing, Girl Code, and/or basically every late night talk show currently on the air. She’s super funny and you get to see her perform with Pete Holmes next month at the Lincoln Theatre. Let’s watch some clips and get stoked!
First off, let’s watch Jamie doing standup on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Jamie mentioned she got married in the above clip. She had such an intense learning experience doing the whole wedding thing, she went and wrote a whole guide book about it, with the help of past Funny Human Jacqueline Novak! It’s called Weddiculous, let’s check out a sample from the audiobook.
Next up, here’s Jamie talking to Conan O’Brien about the wild experiences that led to her writing Weddiculous!
More standup! Here’s Jamie getting real on alcoholics, home births, and anti-semitism for Comedy Central.

Well said, Jamie! Twitter is weird and unnecessary but thankfully Jamie posts on there sometimes, because her posts are good! Let’s take a look at some quality Jamie Lee tweets.

My greatest sexual fantasy is to watch Elizabeth Holmes poke around the book section of an Urban Outfitters while blowing gum bubbles.

Nothing makes me feel more unstable than when I feel moved by a quote on Instagram.

Closing things out the way we started, with Pete and Jamie. She’s old friends with Pete Holmes, let’s watch her set from 2014 on The Pete Holmes Show, his old TBS talk show! It’s so good. You’re gonna love it.
