Hello! It’s time for another Funny Human Of The WEEK! I’m here to tell you all about our future friend Beth Stelling! Beth got her start in Chicago, and was instrumental in the creation and enduring success of Entertaining Julia, Chicago’s best Sunday night comedy show. Since moving to LA a few years back, she’s appeared on Conan and Chelsea Lately, been name-checked by Patton Oswalt and Buzzfeed, and released her very funny debut album called Sweet Beth.

Let’s learn about the genesis of her sugary nickname and get some hot dental tips from her episode of PBS’ (reliably awesome) Modern Comedian webseries!

Beth often offers up important life lessons on the wildly popular microblogging platform Twitter:

And is a reliable spirit guide on a flight of fancy or two:

That said, she isn’t afraid to get real:

Hey, here’s Beth as the head of GLAWD, the agency behind the (very real) gay agenda for the very funny Kam Kardashian webseries, created by future FHOTW Fawzia Mirza, which documents the misadventures of the Kardashian’s long-lost lesbian sister. It happens midway through the series, but is easily enjoyed on its own (but also watch the whole series, it’s very good).

I mentioned before that Beth was on Conan. She was super funny on there! To close us out, let’s watch her reflect on the unavoidable adjustments necessary following a move from a sub-arctic climate like Chicago to Los Angelis’ tropical vibes, with some added commentary on The Bachelor and IUDs.
