  • Sunday, August 24th Peacherine Ragtime Orchestra will be performing as a live orchestra for Charlie Chaplin’s silent film, One A.M. using the original period scores.

  • Tuesday, August 19th – World famous bagpipe player, Carlos Nunez, takes the stage at the Kennedy Center.
  • Tuesday, August 19th – Uber Offices Coworking Space is throwing an “Unofficial Birthday Bash” for the post-it note. Expect graphic jams, post-it themed performances, games and cake. $10 cover fee.

  • Tuesday, August 19th – The Shakespeare Theatre Company is hosting a free for all performance of “The Winter’s Tale”, premiering on the 19th.
  • Wednesday, August 20th – Photographer Gina Matchitt presents “Being There”, a collection of photographs of tourists that have been woven into new photographic objects.
  • Wednesday, August 20th – Doner Bistro’s monthly “Das German Party” will feature DJ Slammer’s European pop, rock, electro, rap and dance music.
