WHEREIN: We bring you the developments (happening in and around D.C.) that we think are newsworthy, or, at the very least, almost newsworthy:
- Chadwick Boseman will be giving the commencement speech at Howard. Hell yeah.
- RIP The Hills “50 Most Beautiful” List. We wont miss you, but we will miss the bad and easy jokes we told at your expense.
- Funk Parade has announced their initial line up. Damn, we’re glad they’re back.
- Devin Gong, the founder of Copycat Co., is opening another bar in Dupont Circle. I know I shouldn’t get my hopes up, but if that frees up more seats at Copycat, I’ll be forever grateful.
- It looks like Mike Isabella’s original Requin location has quietly (and stealthily) closed.
- Need to get some drunk food at 3 a.m.? Do you work a weird shift and start eating breakfast at 8 p.m.? Here’s a list of D.C.’s 24 hour food spots. If only there were more of them.
- Here are the best shows to hit up on the most important of holidays, 4/20.
- All the people you follow on Instagram are really into Schnapps now.
- The Post interviewed Maryland rapper Awthentik, if you’re into it.
- The Truxton Inn has a brand new patio for all of your day drinking needs.
