For your viewing pleasure:

• Not sure what to see in the theater? Check out our film section for reviews.

Leaving the house?

• Poison and Cheap Trick play Jiffy Lube Live. Coach Taylor doesn’t love either band but is disappointed people love Poison more than Cheap Trick.

Take your dad to Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Coach Taylor would love this. I did not. I may be the only one.

• Bone, Thugs-N-Harmony play Fillmore Silver Spring. Coach Taylor probably likes Bone Thugs more than Houndmouth because it reminds him about his youth.

• Our Father’s Day World Cup pick is Duke’s Counter. They’re showing every World Cup game. They’re also located across the street from the zoo. If you’re a dad or with a dad with kids, the kids can go to the zoo and the dad can watch the games. Coach Taylor would approve.

• Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks play a sold-out Black Cat. Coach Taylor does not like Stephen Malkmus or Pavement.

• The show Coach Taylor would most like to attend is the LSD Tour: Lucinda Williams/Steve Earle/Dwight Yoakam at MGM National Harbor. Why is Sunday night the best concert night this weekend?
