We checked in with Espita’s Kelly Phillips earlier this summer to find out how she’s been staying safe and sane during these past few challenging months; while we knew everybody was keeping busy over there, we’d never have guessed the exciting news that they’re set to launch Ghostburger tomorrow! Spearheaded by Chef Rob Aikens, the ghost restaurant will be serving up burgers, fries, Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, wings, wedges ‘n giardiniera (y’know, for the sake of a vegetable vibe), as well as boozy shakes and a handful of other libations (both alcoholic and non), all at affordable price tags. (Nothing over $15!)

While they’re currently only offering to-go or delivery, the silver lining is that you’ll be able to enjoy these terrifyingly tasty treats in the comfort of your own home (and/or some other socially distanced dark corner) if you (like me) really like to tap into your inner Matt Stonie re: shoveling food into your face.
