Smithsonian’s AirSpace and Diplo have released their recent collab, Under Ancient Skies, across all major digital streaming platforms! It features music from Diplo’s new ambient album, MMXX, with original narration written by the National Air and Space Museum and voiced by Hrishikesh Hirway, creator and host of the podcast (and Netflix documentary set to be released tomorrow, October 2nd), Song Exploder.
(Fantastic listen if you’re ISO zen vibes, which, frankly, are in short supply these days.)
This project is part of a cool partnership between Diplo and AirSpace—which included four intimate, outdoor events of ambient music and stargazing for small, socially distance audiences last month.
