I’m in my pajamas typing this from my couch. Maybe you’re in your pajamas while you read this from your couch. Or maybe you’re already at work. Or maybe you’re getting ready for work. Or maybe you’re canceling your plans for the weekend. Or maybe you’re making more plans for the weekend now that you’re working from home and can sleep in a little bit on Monday.
Between the state of emergency and the constant stream of coronavirus news, you probably have a lot on your mind right now. We all do. We (as in the entire team at BYT, all nine of us (yes there are only nine full time employees at BYT! We do a lot with a little)) are working from home for a while. That doesn’t mean the fountain of DC, NYC and Chicago content will get turned off, but it might look a little different.
We’re still going to cover things that are happening outside. We’re still going to be talking to cool people doing cool things. We’re still going to write mean things about WMATA. But we’re also going to do a lot of stories about being at home and working from home. We’re working on binge guides and recipes and weird stuff to help you waste time on and off the Internet.
We would also like to know what you want. Leave a comment below, email us at [email protected], or reach out to us over Twitter / Facebook / Instagram if you’d like to see us cover something specific.
