I got soaked on the way to the BYT meeting last night. So looking for a wet song.
Menomena put out one of the best (and underrated) albums of of 2007. Probably cause it came so early in the year people had forgotten about it when it came time for end of the year wrap ups. And that’s a shame, cause it’s a wonderfully dense, endlessly creative, fractured psychedelic pop record (with some of the best CD packaging I’ve ever seen) by a bunch of genuinely nice and talented guys, who I interviewed a while back here. One of the stand out tracks is Wet And Rusting. I recommned listening to it a few times in a row.
Their long awaited fourth album is coming out any day now.
