Snow day! Snow week! Snow month! Snow! We’ll be updating this if and when there are any snow related cancellations.

Every Thursday at 9 a.m we mail you our Best Weekend Bets. Best Weekday Bets are similar to our Best Weekend Bets but longer because we pretend Thursday is a weekday. Maybe snow will still be on the ground on Thursday. Snow!

FREE: The shutdown continues. Peruse our Shutdown Guide for specials. We’re updating it as more specials roll in.

STAY IN: Another season of Drunk History begins tonight. If you’re not too tired of drinking at home due to the snow, drink some more and watch Drunk History. This show is so much better when you’re not sober.

FILM: The Embassy of Japan hosts a screening of Her Sketchbook.

FREE: Play some bingo at Rock & Roll Hotel.

MUSIC: The legendary Toots & The Maytals play The Barns at Wolf Trap.

STAGE: The School of Rock musical begins their short run at The National Theatre.
