• Our pick of the day is Celebrating JFK at 100 at the Kennedy Center. It’s a full day of Open House programming from one of D.C.’s finest cultural institutions.

• It’s time for Star Wars Day at Nationals Park!
• Timber Pizza Co. is doing breakfast and reading this will make you want their pastries.
• Every weekend the National Gallery of Art has multiple free films. Today they have Back Home at 2 p.m. and The Miracle of Tekir at 4 p.m.
• People play music on their porches at the Takoma Porch Music Festival.
•There’s a Great Gatsby themed party at The National Cathedral. People will never realize The Great Gatsby does not end well.
• THE LINE DC hotel is still a work in progress but they’re sponsoring free weekly workouts. Meet Graham King and the LINE Hotel team at the Adams Morgan Community Board for a free adventure run.

• Rock & Roll Hotel is hosting prom. It’s an evening of prom. Like a high school prom.
• Merriweather Post Pavilion has a free outdoor movie series this year. It begins Saturday with Grease.
• Fale University opens their doors at 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. at Suns Cinema. Learn something.
• The Orwells and The Walters are at Black Cat.
• More people need to see Fear Eats the Soul at Atlas.
