This past weekend saw the opening of an exciting new show @ Artisphere . According to their site “Think with Your Hands brings together illustrated journals in a unique collaboration between artists and software developers. The exhibit takes an unusual twist where animation, video and augmented reality brings to life over sixty illustrations of renowned Spanish graphic designers Pep Carrió and Isidro Ferrer.”
Armed with one of loaner tablets on site (or with an Android/iOS app of the exhibit) visitors can experience (and augment) the sixth illustrations on site, overlaid with real life objects. BONUS: once the exhibit is over, tablets will be donated to local schools so the creative process can live on.
The show is organized in collaboration with SPAIN Arts & Culture and runs through Nov 30. GO SEE (& EXPERIENCE) IT.
