Magnum 70 at 70 on view at FotoWeekCentral: An exhibition of 70 photographic icons celebrating the diversity of the Magnum Photos agency and how its photographers have born witness to major events of the last 70 years. Including seminal works by Susan Meiselas, Paolo Pellegrin, Martin Parr, and Christopher Anderson, the exhibition spans the globe and covers regional events such as Arab Spring, South Africa under apartheid, and the recent migration crisis.

World Press Photo Exhibition on view at Dupont Underground:Â The exhibition represents the best visual journalism of the past year and is seen by 4 million people in 100 cities throughout the world. It will be held in Washington, DC from 3rd to 26th of November at the Dupont Underground, with partner events held throughout the city. The World Press Photo exhibition is the culmination of an annual photo contest, drawing submissions from photographers in 126 countries who collectively submitted more than 80,000 images. The jury awarded prizes in eight categories covering topics from spot news and contemporary issues to people, nature and sport.
